It was a complete renovation for this existing 1970's brick house, with the addition of a generous new kitchen/living/dining pavilion with raked ceiling. The verandah sweeps around and provides a sheltered outdoor dining area to the north, with steps down to the sunken fire pit and a 23m lap pool.
